【摘要】 介绍小型龙门刨床数控改造,控制系统采用开放式的PC总线结构,软件采用模块化、结构化设计,操作界面采用图形汉字菜单,集图形编程、列表曲线编程、模拟运行、自动对刀、刀具磨损补偿、实时加工控制与动态跟踪显示等功能于一身。该机床目前用于罗茨泵转子的加工取得了很好的效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Introduces the CNC planer developed by NC reconstructing of normal planer and its CNC system. The hardware of this CNC system is designed according to ideology of opening system structure, and the software is designed moduled and structured. On operating interface Chinese graphic menu is adopted. In function,it integrates graphic NC-programming,table curve NC-programming,tool radius compensation,dynamic simulation,tool exact sitting,real-time control and dynamic tracing display.This CNC planer has been used for the machining of Rozi pump rotor effectively.更多还原
