电动自行车整车性能自动检测系统
Design of electric bicycle entirety performance auto-testing system
【摘要】 系统论述电动自行车整车性能自动检测系统的设计原理、结构和测控系统。通过对电动自行车行驶动力性分析和行驶阻力模拟策略与测量方法的研究,对其在检测系统中的实际应用做了具体讨论。该检测系统采用了机械传动、测试、计算机控制相结合的方法,实现了平台上对电动自行车整车性能的自动检测。
【Abstract】 A electric bicycle entirety performance auto-testing system is introduced,including the design principles,construction and control system.The mathematic modeling and measure method of road resistance of electric bicycle is introduced,including its analog application in the entirety performance testing of electric bicycle.The method of mechanics,testing and control of computer aid are adopted in the system.
