数控自动编程刀具轨迹生成及优化算法研究

【摘要】 对数控自动编程中所要生成的刀具轨迹算法进行优化研究,提出基于索引表的图元排序算法、封闭加工环的极线走向判断法和基于极值矩形和射线的综合封闭加工环的岛屿嵌套判断法;并研究刀具偏移和有效环判断算法,通过这些算法可以提高生成数控刀具轨迹的速度。

【Abstract】 Research how to optimize the generalization arithmetic of tool path.Design some arithmetic,such as the graphic primitive order arithmetic that base on the index table,the track orientation arithmetic of closed contour, the islands and islets or nest relation of closed contour’s,arithmetic that base on the extremum rectangle judgement and the radial’s judgement.And discuss the arithmetic of tool offset and the availability of closed contour.All of these arithmetic can rapidity the generalization of tool path of numerical control automatic programming.
