【摘要】 针对制造企业在实施生产管理信息化过程中存在的问题,提出以制造执行系统(MES)为核心的三层结构———企业资源计划(ERP) /制造执行系统(MES) /过程控制系统(PCS)的生产管理信息化的实施方案,用于解决生产与计划相互脱节的难题,实现了车间的现场调度、生产过程控制、在线质量控制,以及对生产过程中“非常规信息”的控制与管理,加强了制造计划的可执行性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aiming at the existing problems of information management system for manufacturing shop floor,a three-hierarchy architecture information system composed of ERP,MES and PCS is proposed, in which MES is responsible for the central manufacturing information management as the interface between ERP and PCS.
