基于EPA通信圆卡的硬件设计
The hardware design and implementation of device communication round card based on EPA
【摘要】 基于EPA的控制系统分布式现场网络控制系统,以EPA通信网络为基础,并结合工业自动化生产现场物理环境,将若干个分散在现场的设备连接起来,完成共同数据采集和自动化控制。其中通信圆卡是完成现场设备总线通信的重要模块。通过对基于EPA通信协议的现场设备的通信圆卡的功能需求以及应用要求的分析,主要给出以高性能通信处理器MPC852为中心的方法,并结合其在EPA现场设备通信圆卡应用实例,描述MPC852主要特点及开发手段。进而讨论了硬件设计中方案的确定、器件选择、PCB的设计与仿真、调试中的要点。
【Abstract】 EPA is distribute control system based on Ethernet.All device can be linked together based on the EPA communication protocol.The round card is the key module to carry on the communication task.According to the requirment of the EPA device communication round card function and application needs,the hardware framework based on MPC852 is presented on the whole.The suggestion on how one should choose the hardware and the new PCB design and simulation method and tool CANDENCE SPECCTRAQuest has been introduced in detail.
