边界润滑抗磨与降噪的机理分析
Analysis of mechanism of anti-friction and noise-reducing in boundary lubrication
【摘要】 采用特殊配制的润滑油实现边界润滑,可以降低高达125dB(A)以上的钢轨矫直噪声和110dB(A)以上的车削噪 声,可以极大地延长恶劣接触状态下矫直辊模拟试件的使用寿命,由此提出表面微凸体油膜弹性支承物理模型。分析该 模型抗磨与降噪机理,并指出今后开展这一新概念研究的方向与意义。
【Abstract】 Adopting specially concocted lube,boundary lubrication can remove the rail straightening noise up to 125dB(A)and lathing noise up to 110dB(A),so it can greatly prolong the service life of the analog smoothing rolls which work in badly contacting conditions.From this,a physical model of the oil film’s elastic support of surface micro-bulge is advanced.Analyses the anti-friction and noise-reducing mechanism of the model,furthermore,it shows the direction and significance of this new concept’s study in the future.
