【摘要】 心房颤动是一种常见的心血管疾病,在心脏病学中是一种最有争议的心律失常。病因目前我们仍然不清楚,但有提示认为:基因与心房颤动有相关性。离子流改变是人为引起心房颤动后产生的基因表达水平改变,而不是心房颤动本身产生的原因。电生理机制可能参与了心房颤动的发生。C反应蛋白是炎症系统的标志物,它不仅和心房颤动有关而且也能预测病人未来发生心房颤动的危险。这里还将对心房颤动的诊断和治疗现状做一个概述。更多还原

【Abstract】 Atrial fibrillation is a common cardiovascular disease.It is the most arguable arrhythmias.Etiological factor is still not clear at present.But somebody think there are correlation between gene and atrial fibrillation.The change of ion current is the change of gene expression level after people-inducing atrial fibrillation,not the cause of atrial fibrillation itself.Electrophysiological mechanism probably participate in occurrence of atrial fibrillation.C-reactive protein is a sign of inflammatory system.It is not only in relation to atrial fibrillation but also can predict danger of patients occurenc atrial fibrillation in future.Here will be a overview about diagnosis and therapeutics of atrial fibrillation in the present state,too.更多还原
