两种不同液相方法制备的稀土LaMnAl11O19催化剂及甲烷燃烧催化性能的研究
Synthesis of LaMnAl11O19 Catalysts Using Microemulsion Method and Iso-Propyl Alcohol-Polyethyleneglycol Method and Their CH4 Catalytic Oxidation Performance
【摘要】 用微乳法和异丙醇-聚乙二醇法制备了磁铅石型稀土高温燃烧催化剂L aM nA l11O19,并用XRD,BET和TPR技术及甲烷燃烧活性对其进行了表征,实验结果表明,微乳法和异丙醇-聚乙二醇法在1400℃的高温下焙烧3小时均可制备出主相结构为L aM nA l11O19的六铝酸盐催化剂,异丙醇-聚乙二醇法制备的L aM nA l11O19具有较高的比表面,微乳法制备的L aM nA l11O19具有较高甲烷催化燃烧活性。
【Abstract】 Catalysts were prepared by microemulsion method and iso-propyl alcohol polyethyleneglycol method.The effects of preparation methods on crystal structure and properties of the catalysts were investigated by means of XRD,BET,H2-TPR and activity evaluation for methane combustion.The results show that the LaMnAl11O19 catalyst could be synthesized at 1400℃ for 3h by the two methods.The specific surface area of LaMnAl11O19 catalyst prepared by iso-propyl alcohol-polyethyleneglyco method is beneficial to maintain high surface area.Activity for methane combustion of catalyst come from microemulsion method was better.
