A侧过化学计量比Zr-Ti-Mn-V-Cr-Ni贮氢合金结构和电化学性能研究
Structure and Electrochemical Properties of A Side Superstoichiometric Zr-Ti-Mn-V-Cr-Ni Hydrogen Storage Alloys
【摘要】 研究了A侧过化学计量比对AB2型贮氢合金相结构与电化学性能的影响。通过XRD分析表明,贮氢合金(Ti0.65Zr0.35)x(V0.5Mn0.3Cr0.4Ni0.8)(x=1.00~1.20)主要由C14和C15型Laves相和钒基固溶体组成。随着x值的增大,Laves相的晶格常数和体积均不断增大。电化学性能测试表明,随着A侧化学计量比的增加,合金的高倍率放电性能不断降低,而最大放电容量先增加后降低,当x=1.1时,合金有最大放电容量431 mAh.g-1。
【Abstract】 The structure and electrochemical properties of A side super-stoichiometric AB2 hydrogen storage alloys were studied.It is found by XRD that the alloys(Ti0.65Zr0.35)x(V0.5Mn0.3Cr0.4Ni0.8) consist C14,C15 type Laves phase and V-based solid solution phase.The lattice parameters and unit cell volumes of C14 and C15 phase increase with increasing x.The electrochemical studies show that with increasing x,the high rate discharge ability decreases,but the maximum discharge capacity increases and then decreases.It is found that when x=1.1,the alloy has the best maximum discharge ability of 431 mAh·g-1.
