Co含量对Pr10Fe74-xCo10+xC4B4(x=0,2,4,6,8)快淬条带的磁性能的影响
Magnetic Properties of Melt-Spun Nanocomposite Pr10Fe74-xCo10+xC4B4(x=0,2,4,6,8) Ribbons
【摘要】 用快淬方法制备了Pr10Fe74-xCo10+xC4B4(x=0,2,4,6,8)条带,研究了成分和工艺对条带磁性能的影响。实验发现,当x=2,带速是20m·s-1时,条带的磁性能最佳,其剩磁Jr=0.94T,矫顽力μ0iHc=0.96T,最大磁能积(BH)max=127.32kJ·m-3。通过Henkel plot分析,发现x=2,带速为20m·s-1的样品中的晶间交换作用最强,因而能获得最佳的磁性能。
【Abstract】 Phase evolution and magnetic properties of melt-spun Pr10Fe74-xCo10+xC4B4 (x=0,2,4,6,8) alloy ribbons were investigated. Increasing the Co content is found to promote the generation of the 2∶14∶1 phase, which results in a significant increase of coercivity and remanence. The proper Co substitution strengthens intergranular exchange coupling action among grains, and so leads to an obvious enhancement of remanence and energy product for the Pr2Fe14C/α-Fe type ribbons. A sample with the optimum values of (Jr=)0.94 T, ()iHc=0.96 T, (BH)max=127.32 (kJ·m-3), respectively is obtained in Pr10Fe72Co12C4B4(i.e. (x=2)) ribbons.
