【Abstract】 This article brings forward a decomposing model of operational availability, which makes the transformation between operational availability and inherent availability become easily. It has two advantages. Firstly, it is benefit to determine weapon system’ contractual parameter via its operational parameter, which is an important step during weapon system’s development. Secondly, it helps us achieve weapon system’s operational availability value by its inherent availability, which is inspiring when we get the confidence limits of inherent availability.更多还原
