排土场管注浸出法布孔网度优化
Optimizing on meshwork of arranging drill in the tub-pouring leaching method in dump pit
【摘要】 在排土场管注法浸出过程中,钻孔网度是否最佳直接关系到浸出速度、金属回收率以及经济效益.确定最优布孔网度有3条原则:覆盖率高、钻孔数量少和单位流量大理想状态的覆盖率为100%,消除浸出盲区,降低渗透不均匀性.以100%覆盖率为目标,采用几何分析法确立了各个布孔方式的孔距、排距与钻孔影响半径之间的关系.在现场注水试验的成果基础上,建立不同流态下的影响半径的表达式,表明影响半径取决于观测孔液位及其与注液孔的距离、流态指数.采用渗流场中势函数的叠加原理进行渗流规律分析,得出了不同流态下单位面积浸出液流量理论公式,并对不同布孔方式的单位面积流量进行排序.综合3个方面的理论研究,认为梅花形布孔方式最优,其次是正方形Ⅰ,平行四边形的单位面积渗流量最小,在同等条件下推荐采用梅花形布孔方式.图5,表2,参14.
【Abstract】 In the course of leaching by the tub-pouring method in dump, it is referred to leaching velocity, metal recovery ratio and economic benefit whether the meshwork of drill is optimum. There are three principles in ascertaining the optimum drill net, which are higher overcast ratio, less drill and bigger specific discharge. The ratio of overcast was 100% in ideal state, which eliminated blind zone and depressed unevenness of seepage in leaching dump. Aimed at 100% of overcast ratio, it was adopted geometric analysis method to establish the relation of influencing radius of drill to hole spacing and row spacing at each drill sitting mode. Based on outcome of pouring water trial in field, it is found the expression of the influencing radius under different flowing state, which indicate the influencing radius depending on liquid level of observation hole, distance from pouring fluid hole and index of flow state. Adopting superposition principle of potential function in seepage field, it is educed the theoretical equation about the flux of lixivium per square meter in different flowing state, and lined ordering to flux value unit area under the same flow state. Synthesized research of the three aspects, it is taken for the clubs mode of arranging drill is the optimum mode, and square I is in the next place, parallelogram mode is the last, so it is recommended to adopt the clubs mode under the same condition. 5figs.,2tabs.,14refs.
