【Abstract】 Based on the viewpoint that competition of enterprise has changed into the competition of supply chains,we studied the competition and M&A effects of two supply chains.The competitive behaviors based on the observable and unobservable contract of supply chain and the influence on profit of supply chain and the parts on it were studied.The outcome is helpful for the decision of merger and the integration after merger.更多还原
