【Abstract】 From the view of social_technical system (STS), the composing of the flexibility of enterprise knowledge management system (EKMS) is caught on. Based on erecting the index system for the measurement of the flexibility of EKMS, the relative flexibility of EKMS can be analyzed by using DEA method and choosing an appropriate comparative model. Consequently, the enterprise is urged to analyze the existing problem and its cause according to the index of EKMS flexibility. As a result, the ability of the enterprise to adapt the complicated environment of market is boosted up.更多还原
