热力系统串级控制PID参数优化研究
Optimum Cascade PID Controllers for Thermal System
【摘要】 提出一种稳定域约束的串级PID控制器的参数优化方法。首先根据广义H_B定理得到串级PID控制器参数的稳定域约束条件,然后利用遗传寻优算法获得ITAE性能指标最优的串级PID控制器参数,最后通过对锅炉过热汽温和火电厂主汽压力的串级控制系统的研究,表明该方法有效且易于实现,设定值跟踪和扰动响应曲线输出平缓、超调量小、调节时间短。
【Abstract】 An optimal cascade PID controller based on restrictions of stable region was researched. The stable restrictions of cascade PID controller were obtained by generalized Hermite-Biehler theorem. Through the Genetic Algorithm, cascade PID controller with optimal ITAE criterion was found. The researches of superheated steam temperature and main steam pressure show that this method is simple and valid, and the responses of track set and disturbances are smooth with small overshoot and short tuning time.
