基于体积成形的虚拟试验体系

【摘要】 重点提出了基于金属体积成形的虚拟试验体系的功能特点、集成模型以及各项计算机辅助技术在塑性产品开发中的作用,及基于网络实现集成与数据交换、协同工作的理论与方法。针对现状,提出金属体积成形的虚拟试验体系模型,重点阐述各个部分的实现方法;对其中涉及到的关键技术进行讨论,并通过比较前人的实现方法,进行一定的改进;最后,通过简单的楔横轧虚拟试验进行初步验证其可行性。

【Abstract】 It is focused on the functional characteristics of virtual trial system based on metallic bulk forming, integrated model and the function of different computer aided technologies in plastic products’ development, as well as the theory and ways to realize integration, data exchange and collaborative work built on the network. Solutions to present problems and the model of metallic bulk forming virtual trial system are suggested, the emphasis is put on the achievement of each way; the key technology involved is discussed and improvement is made through the comparison of predecessors’ ways to realize it. Upon the conclusion, the preliminary trial is carried out to test its feasibility via simple cross-wedge rolling trial.
