【Abstract】 There are different opinions on reformation and consummation of country collective landownership system in academy. Withholding country collective landownership or canceling it to carry out private ownership project cannot be adopted. Economic and social attribution of land provides justified annotation for the nationalization of country collective land. Efficient food supplies and fostering sustainable agricultural provide necessary annotation for the nationalization of country collective land.
