【摘要】 运用半结构访谈法,研究了西部欠发达区县域农用地分等定级指标体系,结果表明:西部欠发达区县域农用地分等定级指标体系的建立是一项综合性和系统性都很强的工作,涉及到农用地的生产性、稳定性、保护性和社会可接受性等方面的因素指标,指标体系建立符合西部欠发达区土地资源利用特点和人为偏好;指标体系建立基础上的璧山县农用地等别与级别划分区际、区内差异均较明显,符合西部欠发达区县域农用地资产化管理、集约化利用特点;半结构访谈法充分体现了农户农业土地利用、农村土地市场主体地位和基础性作用,为西部欠发达区县域农用地分等定级工作开展所需数据的获得提供了一有效可行的途径．更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper studied the index system of agricultural land classification and gradation in county districts of western underdeveloped region by applying semi-structure interview. Results indicated that the foundation of index system of agricultural land classification and gradation in county districts of western underdeveloped region was very comprehensive and systemic item, agricultural land production, stabilization, conservation and acceptability were involved. The index system accorded with land resources characteristics and human preference of western underdeveloped region. On the basic of the index system, the differences of agricultural land classification and gradation in Bishan County were very obvious in not only inter-region, but also intra-region, according with the characteristics of assets management and intensive utilization agricultural land in county districts of western underdeveloped region. The semi-structure interview incarnated adequately subjective status of agricultural land use and rural land market of farmer. It provided an effective and feasible approach for obtaining data of agricultural land classification and gradation in county districts of western underdeveloped region.更多还原
