【Abstract】 To amplify interleukin-17,using reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR) from the total RNA from Guangxi Bama mini pig’s peripheral blood lymphocyte stimulated by ConA,the IL-17 gene was cloned into pMD18-T vector and identified by PCR and enzyme restriction analysis of recombinant IL-17. The sequence analysis showed that the nucleotide sequences of the IL-17 in the study shared 99.4 % homology with that of pig published in GenBank.更多还原
