不同温度下马铃薯块茎蛾实验种群生命表研究
Experimental population life tables of potato tuber moth at different temperatures
【摘要】 在10,14,18,22,26,29,32和35℃恒温下,观察了温度对马铃薯块茎蛾发育、存活和繁殖力的影响,组建了相应温度下的实验种群生命表。马铃薯块茎蛾全代的发育起点温度和有效积温分别为:9.04±0.66℃和497.83±18.40日度。29℃时全代发育历期最短,22℃时马铃薯块茎蛾产卵量最大达114.67粒。7种温度下马铃薯块茎蛾种群的世代存活率分别为1.2%、28.9%、56.1%、56.8%、62.9%和29.9%、7.01%。29℃时世代存活率最高。29℃下种群趋势指数、净增殖率和内禀增长率均高于其它温度处理。26℃时种群加倍时间只需7.53 d。14℃时种群出现负增长,10℃下马铃薯块茎蛾幼虫和蛹均不能存活。
【Abstract】 Development,survival and fecundity of the experimental populations of potato tuber moth were observed at 10,14,18,22,26,29,32 and 35 ℃,respectively,and corresponding life tables were set up.Results showed at the threshold and accumulated temperatures for development of potato tuber moth were estimated at 9.04±0.66 ℃ and 497.83±18.40 day-degrees,respectively.The shortest development durations were recorded at 29 ℃,while the maximal fecundity was at 22 ℃ with 114.67 eggs.The generation survival rates were 1.2 %,28.9 %,56.1 %,56.8 %,62.9 %,29.9 % and 7.01 %,at 14,18,22,26,29,32 and 35 ℃,respectively.The maximum generation survival rate,population trend index,net reproduction rate and innate capacity of increase occurred at 29 ℃.The larva and pupa failed to complete life cycle at 10 ℃.
