【摘要】 目的提高Pilon骨折的手术疗效。方法对1998年5月至2004年9月我科收治的31例Pilon骨折采用解剖钢板治疗。结果28例术后随访5~24个月,优15例,良8例,可3例,差2例,优良率82.1%。结论解剖钢板可紧密贴合胫骨下端,术中无需塑形,多角度多平面的使内固定牢固,是较理想的内固定材料。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To elevate the effect of operation on Pilon fracture.Methods From May 1998 to September 2004,31 cases of Pilon fracture were treated by dissection steel sheet in our department.Results 28 cases were followed-up for 5 to 24 months,15 cases were excellent,8 fine,3 right and 2 poor.The rate of being excellent and fine was 82.1%.Conclusion The dissection steel sheet can closely integrate the tibia lower part,and doesn’t any modification in operation.It can reinforce the internal fixation on many angles and surfaces so is an ideal material.更多还原
