【摘要】 目的了解当前农村居民线虫感染情况,为今后的防治工作提供理论依据。方法用饱和盐水漂浮法定性检查肠道线虫卵。结果本次检查 1244人,居民蛔虫、钩虫和鞭虫的感染率分别为 14. 31%、24. 28%和 2.97%;其中蛔虫和鞭虫感染率以<7岁年龄组最高(26. 32%和 7. 37% ),钩虫感染率以 41~50年龄组最高 (36.22% )。结论湖北省阳新县农村线虫(特别是钩虫)流行十分严重,今后的防治工作应以降低钩虫感染为重点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To access the prevalence situation of three species intestinal nematodes infection in rural area of Yangxin county of Hubei province, so as to provide the basis for prevention and treatment. Methods The eggs of intestinal nematodes were detected qualitatively with saturated salt solution floating method. Results Of 1244 detected residents, the infection rates of Ascaris lumbricoides, Hookworm and Trichuris trichiura infection were 14.31%, 24.28% and 2.97% respectively. The highest infection rates of Ascaris lumbricoides and trichuris trichiura were in the group of <7(26.32%and7.37%),the highest infection rate of hookworm was in the group of 41~50(36.22%). Conclusion The prevalence of intestinal nematodes (hookworm particularly) was still serious in the village of Yangxin county of Hubei province. Henceforth, it is important to reduce the infection rate of hookworm.更多还原
