【摘要】 目的探讨CD44v6在肺癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学方法对60例肺癌组织标本进行CD44v6检测。结果50例非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)CD44v6的阳性表达率为70.00%,且鳞癌高于腺癌(χ2=5.82,P<0.05);10例小细胞肺癌的CD44v6表达均为阴性;有淋巴结转移者的CD44v6阳性表达率明显高于无淋巴结转移者的表达率(86.96%vs 55.56%,P<0.05),CD44v6的表达率随着临床分期的递增依次增加,呈正相关(r=0.529,P<0.01)。结论CD44v6的表达同肺癌病理类型、淋巴结转移有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the expression and clinical significance of CD44v6 in lung cancer.Methods CD44v6 expression was detected in lung cancer tissues in 60 patients by immunochistohemistry methods.Results The positive rate of CD44v6 expression in 50 NSCLC cases was 70.00% and it was higher in squamous carcinoma than in adencarcinoma.But CD44v6 expression was negtive in 10 SCLC cases. The expression of CD44v6 was much higher in patients with lymph metastasis than that without lymph metastasis(P<0.05).The positive rate was increased with the clinical grading(P<0.01).Conclusion The expression of CD44v6 may be related closely to the pathological types and metastasis of the lung cancer.更多还原
