【摘要】 目的了解宁夏固原市农村居民对门诊服务的需求与利用情况及影响因素。方法采用分层整群随机抽样抽取固原市农村居民共计4725人,通过入户询问调查方式获取居民社会人口学特征、患病及就诊情况等。结果被调查居民两周患病率为138.20‰,慢性病患病率143.92‰;人群两周就诊率为105.61‰;与两周就诊率有关的因素为性别、年龄、婚姻和是否患有慢性病等。结论我区贫困山区农村居民的门诊服务利用率不足,应采取措施促进农村卫生服务的可持续发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the status of out-patient clinic service utilization and analysis its major influential factors in rural residents of Guyuan, Ningxia. Methods Random cluster sampling was used and 4725 residents were interviewed for the resident trait of demography, illness and diagnosis. Results Two-week prevalence was 138.20‰, the prevalence of chronic diseases was 143.92‰, two-week visiting rate was 105.61‰. The influential factors of two-week visiting rate were gender, age, the marital status and chronic illness. Conclusion The utilization of out-patient clinic service is inadequate in the poor residents of rural region. It suggests that administrative department should pay more attention to the rural healthcare.更多还原
