锐劲特在甘蓝中的残留动态研究

【摘要】 采用气相色谱法研究锐劲特在甘蓝中的残留动态,样品的添加回收率为86.77%~98.45%;实验结果表明,锐劲特在甘蓝中的降解产物为:MB46513,MB45950和MB46136,半衰期为2.75~2.87d,施药2周后残留量降至0.04mg/kg以下,降解率为96.01%以上,最终残留量在0.002mg/kg以下。

【Abstract】 Gas chromatography was performed to study the dynamics of residues in fipronil in cabbage plants. The recovery of residue determination was 86.77%~98.45%. The products of fipronil degradation on cabbage were found to be MB 46513, MB 45950 and MB 46136. The half life of the chemical was about 3 days. As determined 2 weeks after chemical spray, the residue was less than 0.04 mg/kg, with a degradation rate of 96.01%, The terminal residue was below 0.002 mg/kg 25 days after spray.
