【摘要】 微生物法检测动物性食品中的药物残留是利用抗生素类药物对微生物的抑制作用,利用抑菌圈与药物浓度的 线性关系而做出的定量分析.本次试验从成都市几家市场选购了6种15个供试样品,其中药残呈阳性的有2例达到或超 过我国规定的最低含量标准.如果按照欧盟2003年对动物性食品的进出口要求,仅有2例稍微低于该标准.更多还原

【Abstract】 The detection of drug residues in creatural-deli by microbiological method is a quantitative analysis that is drawn on the basis of the antibiotics’ action of restrain for bacteria and on the basis of the connection of linearity between restrain-bacteria-ring and the concentration of drug. 15 samples from 6 kinds of tissue were obtained in several markets in the city of Chengdu in current experimentation. There are 2 cases which reach or go beyond the ordainable mini-limit of our country. There are only 2 cases in all samples slightly under the mini-limit according to the EU ordain criterion for creatural-deli in imports and exports by 2003.更多还原
