【Abstract】 In this paper the absorbance of radish red pigment following the different pH in the buffer solution is studied by using the spectrophotometry under the given experimental conditions. The results obtained by using graphic method show that the dissociation constant of radish red pigment (pKa) is 6.98±0.02. The results are very useful for further practical application and exploration of radish red pigment.更多还原
