【摘要】 放射诊断学家族已发展为包括X线、CR、DR、CT、介入、DSA以及MRI、US、ECT、PET等传统及高新检查技术项目的现代医学影像学。面对现代放射学检诊实践,如何选择检查项目?检诊过程中的射线防护、病人的知情同意权、病人的隐私保护以及过度检查、医疗效价比等一系列超越放射诊断和技术学范畴的放射伦理问题出现在放射工作者和医院管理者面前,我们对此进行了分析、探讨,力求让现代放射伦理学与放射技术、放射诊断相融合,让放射工作者重视放射伦理。我们认为,放射科医、技师在维护和使用现代医疗技术设备的同时,更应该去创造并维护和谐互信的医患关系,用对待病人的“软心肠”去使用现代化的“硬设备”,真正让病人以最低的耗费、最小的痛苦、最微的损失、最短的时间去获得最切实的放射学诊疗效果。更多还原
