【摘要】 手术前医方与患方鉴定“手术同意书”是我国依法行医的重要内容之一。本文从“手术同意书”作用、在应用中的误区、规范术前签定的“手术同意书”的重要性三个层面,用伦理的视野审视其对于患者知情权的保障、保护医务工作者的合法权益、减少医疗纠纷、提高患者战胜疾病的信心的作用;进一步完善和规范手术协议书的内容、鉴定程序,真正摆正医生与患者的位置关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to the law,signing the operation agreement between patient and hospital before operation is one of the most important parts of legal treatment.It discusses the importance of the effect,error regions in applying and modeling the operation agreement before operation.It discusses the function of operation agreement in protecting both patients’ and medical staff’s right,reducing medical disputes and strengthening the confidence of patients against diseases from the point of view of ethics.At the same time it analyses how to perfect and regulate the content and procedure of the agreement and have a good relationship between doctors and patients.更多还原
