复合材料等效弹性模量的改进混合律方法
Improved Mixed-Mode Method of Valid Elastic Modulus of Composites
【摘要】 用连续介质力学方法,建立了混合律模型,对复合材料的等效弹性模量进行了分析;提出了一种改进的混合律方法,并给出了计算等效弹性模量的改进公式.计算实例表明,改进公式的最大误差为9%,计算曲线逼近试验曲线,而Voight模型、Reuss模型以及Halpain-Tsai修正公式的最大误差都大于23%,它们的计算曲线与试验曲线相距较远.
【Abstract】 Based on the continuum mechanics theory,a mixed mode was set up to investigate the valid elastic modulus of composites.An improved mixed-mode method was proposed,and the revised formula of calculating the valid elastic modulus of composites was given.The calculational results of the valid elastic moduli of two composites show that the biggest error is 9% for the improved method and over 23% for the Voight model,the Reuss model and the Halpain-Tsai modified formula,and the difference between the calculational and experimental curves of the valid elastic moduli of the two composites is small for the improved method and great for the three models.
