【摘要】 用过滤除菌和超声波裂解的方法提取肠炎沙门氏菌内毒素和外毒素,分别接种番鸭、小白鼠、雏鸡,并用不同浓度的甲醛和不同温度进行细菌和毒素的灭活试验。结果表明,普通肉汤培养24h肠炎沙门氏菌产生内毒素,不产生外毒素。以菌悬液总量的0.1%加入甲醛作用48h或60℃作用120min,均可灭活肠炎沙门氏菌及其毒素。更多还原

【Abstract】 The endotoxin and extonxin, extracted from Salmonella enteritidis by filtration and ultrasonic split, were inoculated to Muscovy Ducks, mice and chickens respectirely. The results showed that Salmonella enteritidis could produce exdotoxin, but not extonxin after cultured in broth for 24 hours and the bacteria and its toxin could be inactivated by the addition of 0.1% v/v formalin and incubating 48 hours or keeping 60 ℃ for 120 minutes.更多还原
