【摘要】 苏淮猪是通过选用大约克和新淮猪为原始亲本品种 ,在理想杂种的基础上 ,经多世代闭锁繁育培育的新型瘦肉品系。对苏淮猪育种过程中的毛色分离现象进行分析 ,结果表明 ,猪的毛色遗传相当复杂 ,不但受到很多基因控制 ,而且各座位间还可能存在互作。但是 ,通过同质选配与严格选择可以分别形成白毛与黑毛 2个类群 ,而要彻底清除杂色基因尚需结合其他手段更多还原

【Abstract】 Suhuai pig,a new lean line of Xinhuai pig,was selected and bred from excellent hybrids whose parents are Big Yorkshine and Xinhuai pig. In this article, the separative phenomenon of coat color of Suhuai pig was analyzed. The result showed very complicated heredity of coat color. The coat color is not only controlled by polygene, but also has interaction among the loci. However, the white and black gene frequency could increase through serious selection in descendants of Homogeneity parents, although it is difficult to clean other coat color gene.更多还原
