“成功求职”干预项目对下岗人员影响的比较研究—来自广州的研究报告
A Comparative Study on the Impact of the "Successful Job-hunting" Intervention Program on the Unemployed
【摘要】 失业问题已经成为我国社会发展中迫切需要解决的社会问题。本研究采用了“成功求职”干预项目,设计实验组和对照组来进行比较。结果表明:“成功求职”干预项目对下岗失业人员有积极影响,而且呈现出越来越好的趋势。
【Abstract】 Unemployment has become a social problem to be urgently solved in the development of Chinese society. The "Successful Job-hunting" intervention program was adopted in this research. The experimental group and the contrast group were designed to evaluate the impact of the program on the Chinese unemployed. The results showed that the program had a positive impact on the unemployed, and a bright outlook.
