【Abstract】 The research investigated the value orientation of 437 Chinese workers from 8 provinces and the results indicated that: (1) value orientation of present Chinese workers is positive in general. They put importance to the value orientation of justice-doctrine,public interests,individually achievement,law-regulation and marriage;(2)gender,age,living provinces and education have significant influences on some aspects of value orientation.更多还原
