【摘要】 目的:通过南昌地区3129名9～18岁男青少年性发育状况的调查,了解该地区男青少年发育的平均年龄和最小年龄以及影响男青少年性发育的各种因素。方法:采用随机分层抽样法抽取3129名9～18岁男青少年。休格检查:身高、体重、胸围;男性性特征检查:睾丸容积、阴茎测量、喉结、腋毛、阴毛等。结果:南昌地区男青少年初次遗精年龄高峰期在13岁。城市和农村男青少年身体健康状况无差异。性发育状况,城市比农村早一点。男青少年性发育调查表明,睾丸容积、阴茎长度、喉结和腋毛的发育特征并不完全同步。讨论:通过南昌地区3129名9～18岁男青少年性发育状况的调查,了解到南昌地区男青少年的营养状况及性发育年龄和近2年来我国其他地区的调查相接近,且城乡差别不大。不同年龄男青少年性特征的调查发现,睾丸容积、阴茎长度、喉结和腋毛、胡须的发育特征并不完全同步,我地区男青少年阴茎长度增长的高峰期在15～18岁,比我国有的地方晚一点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective :To find out average and minimal age and every effective factors on sexual development in adolescent malesthrough an investigation of 3129 male youngsters at 9~18 years in Nanchang area. Methods:3129 male youngsters at 9~18 years wereselected with random stratified sumpling. Sornaloscopy:Body height,body weight,chest aircumference,sexual character.Test:cular volume,penile length and dimeter,prominentia laryngea,axidary hair,pubichair. Results:The times of first emission in male youngsters reachedits park at 13 years in Nanchang area.Health state of male youngsters were similar in city and countryside.The state of sexual developmentin city was earlier than that in countryside.The study showed that testicular volume,peaile leugth and dimeter,laryngeal protuberance andaxiuary hair were not synchronisin. Conclusions:We have understanded the nutriture condition, the times of sexual development formale youngsters in Nanchang area, it was similar to other area in our country and did not have larger difference in city and countryside.The sexual character of male youngsters were not synchronization.The penile length and dimeter were 15~18 years in park term,whichwas later than other area in our country.更多还原
