【摘要】 目的:了解同伴教育对男男性行为者(MSM)人群性病知识教育的意义。方法:2004年3月~11月在昆明和成都的MSM人群中开展有计划的同伴教育活动,并分别在4月份和11月份开展有关性病知识的基线和终期调查,对调查结果进行分析。结果:两次调查分别有197人和176人参加,两组人群的受教育程度、性生活状态没有差异,但是在年龄、职业及自我定义的行为状态有差异。终期调查发现有关性病、艾滋病知识的正确回答率全面提高,并且绝大部分有统计学意义。结论:同伴教育是一种值得在MSM人群中推广的普及性病知识的好形式。

【Abstract】 Objective:To understand the effects of the peer education on STD knowledge among the men who have sex with men (MSM). Methods: An organized peer education was carried out among MSM in the cities of Kunming and Chengdu from March to November, 2004. The knowledge were randomly sampled from the MSM population in April and November separately, and then the findings were analyzed. Results: There were 197 persons and 176 persons in the two researches, respectively. No statistical differences existed between these two datum concerning educational level and sexual status, however, there were statistical differences in age, occupation and their self identification to behavioral status in each research. It was found that the STD/AIDS knowledge was significantly improved between the two researches. Conclusion: The peer education is a good way to popularize knowledge of STD/AIDS among the MSM.
