【摘要】 目的:探讨手术前后男性海洛因依赖者的性激素水平变化和临床意义。方法:用立体定向术对120例男性海洛因依赖者做前扣带回及伏隔核损毁术,术前及术后2周采用放射免疫法测定性激素T2、E2、FSH、LH、PRL。结果:术后E2显著下降(P<0.01),PRL、FSH明显升高(p<0.01),具有统计学意义。结论:长期摄入海洛因可以引起性功能损害,手术后患者性功能可以逐渐恢复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the clinical importance and change of sexual incretion of heroin addicts before and after stereotaxic lessions of the cingulate gyrus and nucleus accumbens. Methods: The stereotaxic lessions of the addictive circle and nucleus accumbens were performed in 120 patients with heroin dependence. The sexual incretion was detemined by means of RIA in 105 patiens with heroin dependence before and two weeks after the surgery. Results: The levels of PRL. FSH in plasma were obviously higher in two weeks after surgery. The levels of E2 were obviously lower in two days after surgery. Conclusions: The sexual fuctions of heroin addicts’ that was changed by heroin became normal after sergury.更多还原
