【摘要】 目的:探讨早期乳腺癌保乳手术的治疗效果。方法:选择临床0-Ⅱa期女性乳腺癌26例行保乳手术,19例行肿瘤局部扩大切除术,7例行象限切除术,26例均行腋淋巴结清扫。术后辅以放疗、化疗和内分泌治疗。结果:26例患者术后无切口感染、皮瓣坏死及皮下积液;24例术后乳腺外形满意率为92%(24/26);术后4-24个月局部复发1例(3.8%),无远处转移和死亡病例。结论:保乳手术具有创伤小、并发症少及患者恢复快、形体改变小的优点,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the treatment outcome of early breast cancer treated with breast conservation therapy. Methods: Twenty-six cases of stage Ⅰ and stage Ⅱ early breast cancer were operated with breast conservation therapy plus axillary lymph nodes dissection, of which 19 cases with extended local excision, 7 cases with quadrantectomy. After operation all patients received radiotherapy, chemotherapy and endocrinotherapy. Results:Twenty-six cases with breast conservation therapy had not skin necrosis, dropsy under skin and in cisional wound in fection. The cosmetic results were good in 92% (24/26) . By 4 -24 months’ follow-up, 2 cases (3. 8%) were found local recurrence. There was no distant metastasis and death. Conclusion:Breast conservation therapy is recommended with little operative trauma, less complication and good cosmetic result.更多还原
