【摘要】 目的:探讨基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)、金属蛋白酶组织抑制因子1(TIMP-1)在正常妊娠和重度妊娠高血压综合征患者胎盘组织中的表达及其意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学方法检测42例重度妊高征患者(妊高征组)及42例正常妊娠妇女(正常组)胎盘中MMP-9、TIMP-1的表达强度及变化规律,并进行比较分析。结果:MMP-9、TIMP-1表达于滋养叶细胞、血管内皮细胞及绒毛间质细胞。与正常组相比,妊高征组MMP-9表达降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);而TIMP-1表达无明显变化,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:MMP-9和TIMP-1可能与胎盘滋养叶细胞侵入异常及妊高征的发病有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the expression of matrix metalloproteinases-9(MMP-9) and tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinases-1(TIMP-1) in placenta from patients with severe pregnancy induced hypertension(PIH). Methods: MMP-9 and TIMP-1 of placenta were determined by immunohistological method and compared between normal pregnancy (42 cases) and pregnancies accompanied by PIH (42 cases). Results:MMP-9 and TIMP-1 were located on trophoblast, endothelial cell of blood and villous strome. The level of MMP-9 was significantly lower in PIH group than that in normal group (P<0.01).But the expression of TIMP-1 in the placenta from the normal group and the PIH group was undifferentiated (P>0.05). Conclusion:The decrease of MMP-9 in the placenta from the severe PIH and the expression of TIMP-1 had no significant change in nomal placenta and the severe PIH’s placente. They may play a role in the cause of PIH.更多还原
