【摘要】 目的:研究替加氟脂质体在Wistar种大鼠结肠中的分布。方法:替加氟脂质体(T LPO)和替加氟片剂混悬液(T TAB)大鼠灌胃给药,用RP HPLC法测定结肠中替加氟的浓度。结果:替加氟脂质体与替加氟片剂混悬液相比,结肠中药物浓度明显提高。结论:替加氟脂质体改变了药物在结肠中的分布,具有一定的结肠靶向性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the distribution of novel liposomal preparation of tegafur in Wistar rat′s colon. Methods: The liposomal preparation of tegafur(T-LPO) and suspension of tegafur tablet(T-TAB) were administered to Wistar rats intragastrically. A RP-HPLC was employed to determine the tegafur concentration in the colon of rats. Results: In contrast with T-TAB, the tegafur distribution in the colon had been raised significantly (P<0.05) in the T-LPO group. Conclusion: The results indicated that T-LPO could alter the tegafur distribution in the colon of rats and have the tendency of colon-targeting.更多还原
