快速烧结NdFeB的研究

【摘要】 利用放电等离子烧结系统(SPS)对烧结NdFeB进行了研究。试验表明,比冷等静压 (CIP-S)保温时间仅为其1/60烧结温度低180℃时烧结的NdFeB密度接近了理论密度7.6 g/cm3,高于CIP-S达到的密度(7.5 glcm3),从断口形貌上看,900℃下已经达到致密;Nd- FeB在800℃下经SPS烧结后的相组成与原粉末相近,而在900℃烧结后两元素相组成明显 减少,三元素相组成显著增多,如Nd2Fe14B,Fe20Nd3B2,Nd1.1Fe4B4,其中Nd2Fe14B成为主要相。

【Abstract】 Sintering NdFeB by spark plasma sintering (SPS) system is investigated in this paper, sintered NdFeB can approach to the theoretical density 7. 6g/cm3 by shorter time and at lower 180℃ than that temperature of sintering after cold isostatic press (CIP-S) but the reached density is higher 0. 1 g/cm3 than that by CIP-S;Seen from the fracture appearance, the NdFeB samples sintered at 900℃ becomes compact. The phrases of NdFeB sintered at 800℃ are as much as that of NdFeB powder, but the two-element phrases become less and three-element phrases become more evidently when sintered at 900℃ as Nd2Fe14B,Fe20Nd3B2, Nd1.1 Fe4B4 among which Nd2Fe14B becomes the principal phrase.
