新型软开关埋弧焊逆变器高频功率变压器设计
The Design of High Frequency Power Transformer for a Novel Soft-switching Submerged Arc welding Inverter
【摘要】 在分析了采用饱和电感、充分利用功率变压器励磁电感和漏感来实现零电压开关换流的新型软开关埋弧焊逆变器特点的基础上,结合实际课题对高频功率变压器进行了结构和参数设计。实践表明,该新型结构的功率变压器可以成功的在50kVA软开关埋弧焊逆变器中应用。
【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of the characteristic of the novel soft-switching submerged arc welding inverter by adopting saturable inductor and fully utilizing the magnetic inductance and leakage inductance of high frequency power transformer to widen soft-switching range, the structure and parameters of high frequency power transformer are designed. It is approved that the novel high frequency power transformer can be applied on 50KVA soft-switching submerged arc welding inverter successfully.
