一种新的硫酸钠基防护服用冷却相变材料的研制

【摘要】 制备了一种新型硫酸钠基防护服用冷却相变材料,并对其性能进行了研究。结果表明,该相变材料有较适合的相变温度,较高的相变焓,在反复使用后性能仍然很稳定。该材料在应用中方法简便,效果明显。其制备方法对产物的性能影响较大。应用硫酸钠基冷却相变材料的防护服已进入测试应用阶段。

【Abstract】 The clothing containing phase change material(PCM) with function of absorbing the body-released heat has wide applications. In this paper, preparation a novel cooling sodium sulfate based phase change material was investigated. The results show that PCM posses suitable melting temperature,large heat flow,stability after repeating applications, and the PCM is convenient for application and effective in cooling. Moreover, the manufacturing process has a great affect on the property of the titled material.
