泡沫铝渗流铸造的工艺因素分析
Analysis on Penetrating Casting of Technological Factors of Aluminium Foam around Granules
【摘要】 用正交试验法则研究了泡沫铝的渗流铸造工艺,分析了粒子预热温度、浇注温度和充型压力工艺因素对金属液充型过程的影响。认为合理选择粒子预热温度是生产泡沫金属铸件的前提,适当提高浇注温度是保证泡沫组织均匀良好的关键,保持适度的充型压力有利于提高材料的孔隙率和工艺稳定性。
【Abstract】 This paper studies penetrating casting process of aluminium foam by orthogonal experiment,analyzes the effect of preheat temperature,casting temperature of granules and forming pressure technical factors on metal liquor forming process. The precondition of producing foam metal casting is to choose proper preheat temperature of granules. The key of assuring homogeneous distribution of foam structure is to increase casting temperature. The proper foaming pressure can improve porosity and technical stability of the material.
