轴承无心磨削中陶瓷支承件的应用研究

【摘要】 提出了一种新型轴承无心磨削用支承材料——陶瓷材料,对其特性、陶瓷支承块的加工技术等进行了阐述,并对陶瓷支承材料和传统支承材料(尼龙、橡胶木)在轴承无心磨削中的应用情况进行了对比试验。试验结果表明:陶瓷支承材料比传统支承材料更有利于提高轴承套圈的加工精度和外观质量,并且完全可以消除支承材料所引起的支承印缺陷。

【Abstract】 The paper proposes one kind of new supporting material-ceramic material which is applied in the centerless grinding for bearing rings and studies the material characteristics, process technology of the ceramic supporting etc. The contrast test on the ceramic supporting material and the traditionals support materials (such as Nylon, Rubber) in the centerless grinding process of bearing rings was done. The results show that the ceramic supporting material has an advantage over the traditional support materials on improving the machining accuracy and the presentation quality of the bearing rings, and can eliminate the defection of support trace brought by the support material.
