轧辊修复技术的研究现状和展望
Present State and Perspectives of Roller Repaired Technology
【摘要】 论述了轧辊失效形式及目前的修复技术,分析了轧辊的磨损机理,着重介绍了轧辊的堆焊修复技术和热喷涂修复技术,并结合目前非晶纳米晶复合涂层技术及热喷涂技术,着重阐述了先进的热喷涂技术在该领域应用的现状和前景。
【Abstract】 In this paper,the ineffective form of rolls and the repaired technology are described,and abrasion mechanism of rolls is analyzed. It is emphasized on resurfacing welding repairing technology and thermal spraying technology. On the basis of amorphous and nanocrystalline composite coating and thermal spraying technology,it expounds the development and expectation of the advanced thermal spraying technology which are applied in the roller repaired field.
