反应等离子喷涂陶瓷涂层的研究

【摘要】 采用等离子喷枪与自行研制的反应室,通过喷涂Ti粉在反应室内实现Ti-N2反应,制备出TiN陶瓷涂层,并对该涂层的微观结构、涂层的力学与摩擦、磨损性能进行了分析和讨论。结果表明,反应等离子喷涂TiN涂层主要由TiN相以及少量Ti的氧化物组成,具有明显的硬度压痕尺寸效应。在无润滑高载荷条件下,反应等离子喷涂TiN涂层的耐磨性明显高于淬火M2钢,且涂层的减摩性远远优于M2钢。

【Abstract】 TiN ceramic coating was fabricated via reactive plasma spraying (RPS) with Ti powder in reaction chamber where generated response between Ti and N2, using the self-designed reaction chamber and plasma-spraying gun. The microstructures, the mechanical and frictional properties of the RPS TiN coating were analyzed and discussed. The results show that the as-deposited coating mainly contained TiN phase,also a small quantities of oxides of titanium were detected. An obvious indentation size effect (ISE) was surveyed in TiN coatings. The wear-resistance of the RPS TiN coating is significantly higher than that of the quenched M2 high-speed steel under high load without lubricating. The antifriction performance of the TiN coating is also more excellent than M2 high-speed steel.
