【Abstract】 The cutting performance of poly-crystal diamond (PCD) machining nonferrous metal is experimentally investigated. It is shown that the cutting performance of indigenous PCD tool is almost the same to import tool for machining aluminum-silicon alloy, and the indigenous PCD tool can fulfill the requirement of manufacturers. The experiment has also verified that the cutting performance of CVD tool is much better than that of cemented carbide tool.更多还原
