试析中原汉族文化中蹴鞠的兴衰
About the Rise and Fall of “蹴鞠” in Aucient Inland China
【摘要】 蹴鞠即中国古代足球运动,它经过黄帝时期的萌芽期,战国时期的成长期,两汉时期的繁荣期,隋唐时期的鼎盛期,宋元时期的成熟期后,到明清时期就呈现衰落的趋势,直至现在已被现代足球运动所代替。笔者从研究蹴鞠运动自身发展以及它与当时政治、经济、军事的关系入手剖析该运动项目发展的规律,使我们的体育项目保护工作从中得以借鉴,优秀的传统项目得以健康发展。
