【摘要】 以Micaps系统为工作平台,采用VB6.0可视化编程,以Windows9X为操作界面的石河子地区中量以上降水预报业务系统,建立了历史资料检索、信息显示、预报因子、天气个例、预报业务流程和模型、预报制作和产品分发、质量评估、气象服务8个子系统。并以T213欧洲中心数值预报产品为基础,结合人工智能专家预报、MOS预报等方法,研制了一套客观定量自动化的石河子地区中量以上降水预报业务系统。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on Micaps system and VB6.0 programming,established operational forecast system of precipitation over medium-quantity which takes Windows 9X as operation surface,included 8 subsystems :historical data retrieval,information display,predictor,weather cases,forecast service process and model,forecast manufacture and product distribution,quality assessment,and meteorological service.Based on ECMWF numerical forecasting products,associate with the artificial intelligence expert forecasts,and MOS forecast method etc.,has developed a set of objective automatic operational forecast system of precipitation over medium-quantity in Shihezi area.更多还原
